1 /5 Melissa Clark: The lady who took my daughters x rays gave her a piece of paper for her to bring to me to sign. The paper belonged to another patient and she blamed it on my daughter and said that my daughter took that paper and brought it to me. When she was the who gave it to my daughter to bring to me. So she was basically blaming her mistake on my daughter. That was not ok. You made a mistake we all do but be a grown adult and own up to it instead of blaming my child. I thought that was insane.

1 /5 L.V: My husband did not want me to say anything but this is ridiculous! The crown lasted 7 months! Last time I checked, I didnt think a crown was supposed to fall out of your mouth in months. The location is sketchy, that should of been a red flag. Front desk staff talk to each other about everything except the dentist office. The day he went to get his "permanent" crown the dr was late, strolls through the door with mcdonalds in hand. Not to mention days before when he had the temp crown it fell out 2 days later, so that was another trip there to fix that. He is not in town so he has to pay for someone to fix their botched work. I spoke to the Receptionist today, and he said "there is nothing they can do and to have someone cap or fix it where he is located". per supervisor/manager Joy, whoever that is, she didnt have the courtesy to get on the phone or have me leave my phone number, in order to reach out about this issue. Thats bad business

2 /5 Kari Monk: I WOULD NOT recommend these people to anyone. I had 5 teeth pulled plus had grafts done and was given nothing for pain. I tried calling the whole week cause the pain was excruciating. I was eating so many ibuprofen that it caused my kidneys to fail and was put in the hospital. I was told if I had t gone to the ER when I did I wouldve been in total kidney failure. Thats what they did for me

1 /5 Juan Banda: Horrible horrible place. Twice now they screwed up my sons appt to see an Orthodontist. First time we went, they checked us in as usual and then went through an entire process for a check-up, then applied sealants and resins without telling me what was going on and then tried to send me on my way. Charging medicaid almost $800, for crap my son didnt need done, and again didnt even communicate to me what they were doing. Didnt even get to see an Orthodontist, and when I brought it up to the dentist and how I was there to check to see an ortho to check if my sons braces would be covered by medicaid as suggested by medicaid, the dentist got annoyed with me and blamed me for scheduling my son on a day when there wasnt an Orthodontist in office. His exact words, "I wasted his time." Then he tells me their Orthodontist comes in on Wednesdays and so I rescheduled for today, a Wednesday, to see the Orthodontist. However, I get there and they tell me they dont have an Orthodontist in today yet againl. Not to mention this time the place had a pungent smell like piss, and then they tell me they will have to reschedule me again. I overheard the ladies behind the counter asking why would someone schedule me for a day when no ortho was in office and blaming me yet again for scheduling without verifying if there would be an ortho in office. Even though I scheduled through them and did in fact verify that the appt was to see an orthodontist. So I just walked out. Definitely stay away. Read past reviews about this place and I should have listened. Poor quality.

1 /5 Brianna Cano: I had an appointment scheduled for over a month week. Gave them my insurance card and everything. I get to my appointment end up waiting 20 minutes before someone even checks me in. Then I was another 25 minutes for the lady to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Complete waste of time. I do not recommend going here.
