3 /5 carolina oranday: My appointment took forever and it was just a cleaning. They took so many x-rays and didnt mention a cracked tooth. I didnt bring it up because Id already been there so long that I didnt want to prolong the visit any more. I didnt find it to be a very friendly staff either with the exception of a couple of folks.

5 /5 Melissa E: These people REALLY take care of us! We have had SSSOOOO many problems at other dental offices (they also have orthodontist in the same building!!) Other places have made our teeth problems worse but this place fixes our problems the FIRST TIME!! My daughter had to get braces, and they had the best deals after shopping around (still expensive, but better than other places). The only thing I dont like is their corporate call center. If you call them, its always a hassle. Thats why we always call the office directly. Whats different than other places, too, is they only let the patient into the back. My daughter is 8, and she has to go back alone (I wish they changed that policy because I want to be able to ask questions in the moment, and not afterward) Regardless, this dental/ortho is the only place Ill go to again. I will no longer go to other dental offices. They have by Business/Referrals for life!

1 /5 Jacob Arvizu: Got finessed BADLY by this office!! Came in as a new patient, got charged $1,000 out of pocket for a gum treatment kit that’s $75 over the counter on AMAZON. Same active ingredients as this treatment!! Called the next day after the holiday to request a refund and was treated rudely by the receptionists just like everyone else in these comments and denied refund even though corporate and the loan company told me they had the ability to issue it! Great job to the dentist, she slipped in that fee first visit, and she got a great commission on me, I feel very taken advantage of. A dentist is supposed to feel like a doctor, someone you can trust, but all they care about is money, not you.

4 /5 C W: Staff were great and were professional. Place was clean. I would have given 5 stars but one of the staff members who took the xrays didnt wear gloves when she was putting something that was to go into my mouth. Other than that, they were great.

1 /5 Amos Amos1: It’s one of the worst dentist in tx period. Rude staff. Never flexible. Not helpful. Treat people like third class. Will not recommend. You write bad review they delete.
