5 /5 Fiona Laing: Kudos to the staff and Dr. Smith at this location! The staff is very friendly and attentive, although it gets busy at times they do their best to be efficient and get you serviced as soon as possible. Dr. Smith is the best dentist I have ever had, she is very thorough in her dental care and the method that she uses to administer the numbing agent is A+. I was terrified of dentists because of bad experiences in the past but Dr. Smith has restored my trust in dentists by her care, now I do not miss a dental appointment. Thank you for your care Dr. Smith and the staff of Brident 28th Street!

5 /5 Benjamin A. Laing: Dr Smith is by far the best dentist that has ever worked on my mouth. She is really calm under pressure while doing what she does best with absolute confidence. Beautiful personality, displaying professionalism and grace as she quietly calms me down knowing that I can get really nervous about my mouth. For example, whenever she is about to numb me with the Novocain, she tells me what she’s about to do, goes ahead and does it without me feeling the discomfort of the needle piercing my gum. Then , I would ask , did you inject me already ? And she normally respond with a smile and says, yes. She constantly asked, are you okay? Are feeling any discomfort? Any pressure or pain? Please stop me if you need to. Another amazing characteristic that she owns which is lost among medical professionals these days is how she follows up. Call to find out how I’m doing after a procedure and would remind me not to hesitate to call the office should the need arise. She may not have the time to follow up on every one, but she certainly does it for me. She is very intelligent and smart , knows what she’s doing. I am glad that she is my dentist. One more important thing that I almost forgot is the kindness and patience of the staff around Dr Smith. They worked well together and assist each other every step of the way. During my last visit, one of the nurses told that she really enjoy working there and that Dr Smith helps her tremendously with information regarding her studies as she is still a student. That is just awesome. Brident ! You lucked out on this little group! .

5 /5 Leaton Charles: The Dentist, Dr Smith is the consummate professional. She is a peoples person whose attitude to patients is exemplary. Her speech is calm and concise and sets a tone that makes one feels comfortable when under her charge. She will always be highly recommended.

1 /5 Nun Lam: Oh please, I’ve been here since I was a kid. Doctors have switched often. Don’t be fooled just because they’re nice doesn’t mean they’re doing it right. I went recently for a cleaning. I’ve had 2 cleanings done as of recent. They lack hygiene which includes but not limited to; staff doesn’t wear gloves when performing procedures. Staff doesn’t wear masks when performing procedures. Chewing gum or food while doing procedures. And yes, it was during BOTH cleanings. They lack professionalism. Dr. Smith, has years in the field but you’re telling me she can’t tell her own staff to act right and follow orders? That’s saying a lot of the care. She is nice I will say but is that really just enough. In addition they seem irritated all times of day, they’re always rushing to the next patient. I don’t know if it’s because they’re understaffed but why is it the patients issue because your team is understaffed. I mean it, you’re better off getting your cleaning done with other people at a place farther or with a different dentist company. Don’t settle for less. Those are things you should never play with, especially with people’s money and smiles. You’re better off getting your braces done here for cheap but I won’t deny, getting your x-rays done…? Good luck feeling safe. They get paid good money to do their job. The least they could do is give their best when handling people’s teeth. TLDR; staff lacks hygiene and professionalism even though they’re nice.

5 /5 Felicia Chow: Patient and gentle Dr Ahn who takes her time and waited when my kids are ready. Highly recommend. office staffs makes sign in and out comfortable, also the assistants were so friendly!!!! Great experience
