1 /5 Claudia Wickard: This wasn’t my first time at Breeze Salon, but it was my first experience with this stylist. I’m leaving this review with deep respect, but also with great disappointment in Breeze Salon in Round Rock. My husband kindly booked me a haircut as a birthday gift, and I was so excited for this treat. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized my hair was unevenly cut, and my bangs were completely asymmetrical.
Paying nearly $100 for a haircut is not cheap, and at that price, I expected the results to reflect what I asked for. I showed the stylist several photos of how I wanted my hair to look. Instead, I left with a cut that feels rushed and careless, and what should have been a joyful birthday experience turned into disappointment and regret.
The stylist, Shantea, barely engaged with me. Her energy was cold, she didn’t make an effort to have a conversation, and she didn’t even want to blow-dry my hair or provide the massage that’s included in the price.
I trusted Breeze Salon because of its reputation, and I genuinely thought I was in good hands. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I expected.
I called the salon to see if they could fix my hair, not to demand a refund, and the woman on the phone was very kind. However, I was told that any corrections need to be approved by a manager and that I’d have to send photos via email for review. Even then, there’s no guarantee I’ll be accommodated. To hear that after such a disappointing experience feels like an insult.
