5 /5 Reyes Nina “Nina Beloved”: Berquis truly exceeded my expectations. I am not from Texas by the came to visit. Ive been in desperate need of a clean am me crisp layered haircut and blowout. The moment I sat she put her glasses on and looked closely at my hair strands, especially my ends. She immediately told me what I needed to hydrate my hair and give it the TLC it needed. I am very particular about who cuts my hair, and now I am just in love with her technique and her gentle hands. Shes very caring and naturally offers great customer service. Well worth the price and distance.

I have not gone to a hair salon in over a year and a half because (1) of COVID, and (2) very few people know how to deal with my thick natural hair. I decided to go to Berquis after seeing the reviews and it is the best decision I could have made! She knows how to straighten natural hair without any chemicals, and she is just so patient and really listens. She washed my hair, blow dried it (I was in a rush) and she cut my hair in layers. She did such as amazing job, gave me useful tips to keep my hair hydrated after my visit, and was just a super kind and wonderful person. I will definitely be back! If you are thinking about it, JUST BOOK IT! Berquis, muchísimas gracias—usted es lo maximo!

I leave her salon with gorgeous hair and a sense of community every visit. She’s kind, always smiling and make you feel like family. 5 /5 Nikki Martinez: Berquis is amazinggggg! It was my first time coming and I was blown away with how thorough she was. She put a deep conditioning treatment, roller set, blow dry, and style! I was there for literally 4 hours and have 0 regrets because the outcome shows she took her time! I have super model hair now. She respects my natural curls and didnt push chemical treatments on me and was being super heat friendly to it and recommended products and treatments to protect my natural curl pattern which I appreciated! This is a curly friendly salon and she sure knows how to straighten 3B+ hair! Totally recommend. Pics below are of her work and last pic is my natural hair.
