1 /5 J C: Tried to visit this museum during their supposed open hours but no one was there and doors were locked! Very frustrating! At least tell folks this place is permanently closed as we went by several days in mid February and was closed during “open” hours. Don’t waste your time!

1 /5 NC: We went on Thursday at regular open hours but despite that the museum was closed! No explanation and other museums around, same deal. We tried to come for some three different days different times. Shame! Are they still on Covid vacation paid to stay at home?! Don’t waste your time coming in Laredo to visit museums: nobody works there

I love how engaged they are with the community. If you are visiting town and want insights from locals, definitely visit here.

5 /5 Mike O.: I took my family to the haunted artifacts exhibit and it was a spooky good time!! Each item had a wonderfully written history that gave each of us chills. We took turns reading each relics origin and lets just say hairs were standing up and chills were abundant!! A must see!!

Cheryl Tate: I love historical houses, especially when the docents are eager to impart wonderful information about the house and its owners. The Kell House is a beautiful place to visit. The ladies joked that I now more more about Wichita Falls than most of its townspeople. Worth the visit.

Castaway Cove Waterpark - Wichita Falls

Sandra Rezac: We had a great time, The Cabana was perfect the wave pool, the Lazy river was lots of fun!! The food was ok but reasonably priced!! I loved the Pina Colada and we look forward to coming back next year!! Reasonably priced too for price of admission.. Yes maybe do something with the grounds so it doesnt burn your feet.. this was the only downfall..

Scotland Park - Wichita Falls

Alex Pappas: I’ve been driving past Scotland Park for several years now and never once went there. That changed this week as I decided to go to several parks around Wichita Falls, Texas. I’ll admit that the playground is more up to date than the other parks thus far; however, the baseball field seems a little worn down from years of use and lack of maintenance along with the old stone bridge being in an odd place. The benches also seem like they need repainting. I do enjoy the small lake and shooting water.

Forever Painted Horse - Wichita Falls

Kathryn Zellers: I was a student at McNeil Junior High when they put the horse in front and I went to the ceremony. I may have not known who the girl was but the story is heartbreaking.

Spudder Park West Playground -

Shauna LaRocque: The pavillion is great, so big! We attended an event with probably 100 other people and it was a great space. The playground is small but well maintained. We were disappointed by the amount of trash around the park, there was a LOT of beer bottles and bottle caps in the parking lot and the grass areas near the pavillion.

Ohio Bridge - Wichita Falls

Sayak Banerjee: A nice pedestrian bridge with scenic views of the creek and the vegetation nearby. The iconic muddy waters make for great shots. This place is so underrated and was definitely a surprising find for us.
