1 /5 sfb. saas: Worst Experience at Bombay Salon on MacArthur Blvd – Avoid This Place! Trust me,I had an awful experience at Bombay Salon on MacArthur Blvd. I went in expecting a proper haircut, but the entire service was rushed and finished in less than 2 minutes. There was no care, no professionalism, and absolutely no effort put into the haircut. Yet, they charged me the full price as if I received a premium service. What makes it worse is that my friends had similar bad experiences at the same location. It seems like this salon is more focused on rushing through customers and making money than actually providing quality service. I do not recommend this place at all. If you care about how you look and want to be treated with respect, avoid Bombay Salon on MacArthur Blvd.

1 /5 Eesha Karanam: Overall, the salon experience was very bad, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the older staff members she looks like a major role in the salon . She was extremely rude in the way she spoke to people. I had accompanied my friend for her waxing and eyebrows. One of the employees kindly allowed me to sit with her, and I understand that the seat was meant for clients receiving services. However, this older lady came and very rudely asked me to get up, without any politeness in her tone. Later, when I went with my friend for her waxing, she didn’t allow me into the room—even though there was a chair where I could’ve waited. I was okay with sitting outside, but her attitude and the way she spoke were very disrespectful.and the service they finished in two minutes and she felt very painful bcz of that she got some bubbles on her hands. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service from all staff members in the future.

5 /5 Roshani Adhikary: Absolutely love the women who work here. Always get the most incredible hair oil massages and walk away with eyebrows on fleek! Took my kiddo several times and all the ladies treated my daughter as if she was their own. Wish everyone could experience a neighborhood salon like this… I feel transported to the motherland every time I visit! The music and decor gives complete nostalgic vibes and I feel as if I’m hanging out with my cousins abroad. Love it! I only fear that if I leave a review sharing how I feel there will be a line out the door because you just can’t recreate the authenticity of this place!! Five stars!!

1 /5 snigdha nalajala: I specifically asked for a de-tan treatment, but they ended up applying bleach instead—something I never agreed to. My skin reacted badly, and the experience was extremely disappointing. What’s worse, the owner denied it and tried to cover it up rather than taking accountability. Very unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and skin-safe services.
