5 /5 Tiffany: I had a lot of electrical issues that was caused by wheel sensors. I took it to 3 different mechanics only to have them give me the run around and quote me ridiculous amount of money because, well, I’m just a girl. I took it to BOI for a fourth opinion and they had my car fixed and ready in a day! They were honest about the cost and were quick and efficient. Pepe is a great manager. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and upfront about what was causing all the problems and how they would fix it. I’ll bring my car here for all my car issues and have recommended friends to come here as well. They’re just honest people who work hard and efficiently.

1 /5 Kris: They installed the splashguard on our vehicle, only to have it fall off less than ten days later. We paid for new parts to have them reinstall it again with the deal they would cover labor. They agreed. Its been less than a month for the second time around and the parts they just reinstalled fell off again. Living on the island I really want to support local, but this place scammed us with bad work.

5 /5 Gerardo Godinez: BOI auto replaced my power steering pump a few months ago and have not had any problems with it. Even took the time to make sure the pump was running properly (turns out the replacement part was a bad lemon and they reinstalled another new pump without an extra charge to make sure the car was running right) Eloy and his team do a great job! I’d recommend.

5 /5 Maria Lee: Excellent service. I’ve taken my car twice for different types of service and they’ve exceeded my expectations. They did a great job with my alternator work and a super job with the paint. They even polished the headlights. Highly recommend, they are very reliable and prompt.
