Roaming O.: I wish I wasn’t writing in a negative review but I must share my experience at this business. I had hair extensions done, they are known as V lites, the cost was over $1000. That same night, the extensions started falling out and the next day, they completely fell out. I have attached photos. When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. I would not trust this place of business and will be taking these folks to small claims court. In response to your denial of ever having serviced my mother, we have verified your business and also have all receipts. Hopefully no one ever has to go thru this at Salon Crown!!!
