Roaming O.: I wish I wasn’t writing in a negative review but I must share my experience at this business. I had hair extensions done, they are known as V lites, the cost was over $1000. That same night, the extensions started falling out and the next day, they completely fell out. I have attached photos. When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. I would not trust this place of business and will be taking these folks to small claims court.
In response to your denial of ever having serviced my mother, we have verified your business and also have all receipts.
Hopefully no one ever has to go thru this at Salon Crown!!!

logan gray: Vicki is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair for over 10+ years, and she is the only one I will ever go to. She takes her time and listens to make sure she doing exactly what you want and what is best for your hair. She is a cut and color wizard! I dont know how she does it but my hair comes out PERFECT every time! She will even teach you how to keep your hair healthy and at its best. I would never recommend anyone else!
Sammi Spikes: I can honestly say I have never had my hair cut here.
However, when calling around to find if someone could do a color lift and dye, (basically where you bleach a color out of the hair, and dye it with a new color), whomever answered the phone was rude and acted as if what I was saying was ridiculous. I was cut off with a very snotty and short, "We dont do that here!", and was promptly hung up on.
Mean while I call a competing salon in town.
A) They know exactly what I mean when I say color lift.
B) They are more then friendly, and allow me to explain my hair situation
C) They give me a price point to start the process.
I am not sure how well off the owner of Mane Attraction is, but coming back to Kerrville, and being treated in such a way by someone running a business is a bit shocking. In running a business it is hard to attract new customer in this economy, and this doesnt go very far in making me want to spend money in your establishment.
So hopefully, other peoples experiences are better, but I will be taking my hard earned dollar some place it is appreciated
Kelly Munoz: Wont mention names but I went there 3 times at $30 a pop and I keep telling the gal cutting my hair what wanted and she would do what she wanted. I tried sparking up conversation and she couldnt be bothered. Everyone else there was cool. I feel for $30 plus $10 tip I should get what I want and some kind of personality.
Joseph: Jeremy is my go to barber but any of the other guys do amazing work. The atmosphere and service are second to none. Stop in for a one-time cut, and youll be a regular without a doubt!
Rolando Lopez: Great place! Been getting normal commercial grade haircuts, but now understand what having a real barber is about. Johann S. Is great at what he does!
Rick Smith: I took my elderly parents for haircuts. Even with online check-in, the wait was longer than expected but not unreasonable. Both of them were pleased with their stylists and the senior discount on their cuts. Its a good place for a basic, no-frills haircut at a reasonable price.
