What the heck is up with rude women? My friend went in today as she knew yall fixed my minivan, but the lady was so rude Thursday July 24th. If youre not having a bad day to be this rude, maybe consider another line of work than customer service.

They went above and to help with an issue that was present in my wife’s car and even provided me with info they were able to find through research on their own time that would allow a repair to be done through an extended warranty that was unknown to us initially. Wonderful service and even better people. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. You will not be disappointed.

Tracy Fergurson: I recently visited another tire shop. They were not able to get my tire off because of the lug nuts being rusted I believe is what they said. They were able to plug the tire for which they charged me $10. A couple of weeks later I had to have a second plug put in at home. The next day I stopped in at Discount Tire at around 4:30 to see if they were able to get the tire off. Braden told me they can but itll take a couple of hours to do so. If I can bring it back another day theyd get it done. They did however make sure both plugs were tended to and that the tire was road worthy til I could return. I was not charged anything at all. I returned a couple of days later thinking Id be there at least a couple of hours. Within about 30 minutes I was pulling out of the driveway with a good used tire and lug nuts and all replaced having paid only $45. Thanks so much for the great work and friendly service. Monica Lane: Michael was a life saver! We were traveling and my car broke down. I thought I would have to tow my car to a shop and stay over night. I was in a panic but he came to rescue us. Thankfully it was something he could fix for us right there. He went into town twice to get parts to help. When I thought I needed help again after he was finished, he came back to check. 5 star service and he comes to you! So very grateful!

The guy working , was honest, didnt try to sell me a new muffler, or anything else I didnt need, said mine was still good, and that he could weld mine back up. He did just that and sent me back on my way. Very pleased with the service and his work. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars, he either didnt have a credit card machine, or his was down. Had to pay cash money. I would go back .

Im so glad I decided to stay local. Update 2 weeks later: No one wants to be a repeat customer, but unfortunately my car was hit in the same parking lot 2 weeks later. After the wonderful job that Allens did on my first body work repair, I did not even bother to get other estimates. My car is looking great again, and the pricing is very reasonable.
