5 /5 Damon Harris: I am an over the road Oversized load pilot escort I just got a newer vehicle and took it on its test drive from Illinois to Texas Well I leave in Texas or trying to get out of Texas my alternator started going down I stopped at a place and asked for help and they sent me to Rychlik auto It was 4 oclock in the afternoon on a Thursday I got in there barely under my own power of the vehicle They come out got the information called in order to get my alternator it showed up They had the old alternator out put the new alternator in and I was out by 6 PM under my power Would like to let everyone know how great service and quick service in an emergency situation how well they did I think it only cost me 350 bucks including a $200 alternator I would recommend anybody in Mount Pleasant Texas to go see this company they are fantastic

1 /5 Suru Oleg: The truck broke down with a EGR valve problem. They replaced the part for $1535, when the truck got to home base, one bolt was missing. When called the GM, trying to ask what happened and why one bolt is missing, he hung up on me. Called second time, and the front desk did the same. If you got broken on the road, find any other dealer, tow the truck, doesnt matter how much it will cost you, just stay away from them. As if something goes wrong ull get the same attitude. Totally disappointed.

5 /5 Robert Deeds: Theses are great people. We broke down just outside of Mt Pleasant Tx about three weeks ago they towed our trailer back to the campground and took our truck to their shop. When we found out the truck would take some time to diagnose they came and got the trailer and stored it at their shop at no charge. Like I said they are great people. Thank you again.
