5 /5 A L: Fabulous salon with incredible service and products for sale. I wouldn’t dream of letting anyone but Christina Perez touch my hair, she’ll read your mind and is incredibly skilled. Professional, spotless salon, refreshments etc. Family friendly as well and excellent location. Do yourself a favor and go see her here. We did a Sudden Death color change back to my natural color. I was so worried my hair would damage but it feels healthier than it did when I went in.

So GOOD! Highly recommend, especially if you are new to the area or just looking for a new hair place. You can trust she knows what she’s talking about, especially if you aren’t familiar with the hair industry.

5 /5 AKB: I’m super picky about my hair, so it’s always with much fear and trembling that I try a new place. I had a consultation with Liz. She really listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and discussed options for achieving the look I was aiming for. She did a beautiful color correction and cut, and also a Brazilian Blowout which has made my life so much easier - I’m SO happy with my hair!!! Highly recommend!!!

I hadn’t had much luck with my hair since moving to Houston and for the first time I actually love my hair. She made sure to sit down and see what I truly wanted to do and made sure to listen ! My old stylist used to be amazing, but lately, things had taken a turn for the worse. No matter how clearly I explained and showed what I wanted, I kept leaving the salon looking like I was about to "Demand to Speak to A MANGER KAREN HAIR!" Not my vibe! Called Craft and enter Dennis. From the moment I sat in his chair, I knew I was in the presence of greatness. He took one look at my poor, over-bleached "barn straw straight hair" and basically staged an intervention. “Your hair is very OVER BLEACHED and that is why it is straight dead,” he informed me. “Let’s make it happy again.” And oh, did he deliver! He washed, conditioned, cut, and styled my hair into something worthy of slow-motion movie style hair flips. I walked out looking fabulous—the curls were bouncy, the style was effortless, and for the first time in a long time, my hair and I were on vibes of happiness again! Dennis gave me Five-star service and really "listened" to me. He explained what was possible and why other options were not possible for my hair. I just wish I had taken a before photo so you could witness the miracle he worked. I feel so relieved he knew what my hair needed. Dennis, you are a hair hero. THANK YOU! Elizabeth Wise: This used to be a great store with amazing customer service. Today i took my daughter in the store and was 1st treated like a criminal, 2nd the man was very short tempered with us. Although they did not have the correct fit he blantantly told me we could not try on anything else because he obviously doesnt have her size. Also he accused her of putting a stain on a dress that she already awknoledged with us and which he heard was there. This place just lost my buisness and every other person who asks about dresses will never be sent here again.

Pretty Prettygirl: I received three bundles of hair, and when I went to the hairdresser, she installed two of them. However, as she started installing the third bundle, she asked if I had used the bundles before. I told her no, that I had just purchased them. It turns out they sold me used bundles, and they refused to take responsibility or show any accountability. They even lied, claiming they only source their products from a warehouse. But would a warehouse really supply dirty and old hair tracks? I’m going out of town tomorrow, so I had no choice but to get my hair done, but I’m extremely upset that they sold me used bundles. They clearly don’t care about their customers and only take advantage of them.
