5 /5 Jacqueline Salter: This is a wonderful park to visit and see nature on and around the bayou. You do need to be careful of alligators for that reason but I did not see any this morning. It was a beautiful morning over the bayou and I highly recommend visiting. There is also a nice garden across from the bayou.

5 /5 Macross Valkyrie: Beautiful park on the lake and also across the road you have the river. Both sides have different playgrounds, piers and other attractions. Our children really loved this place!

5 /5 Lana Garvan: This park is beautiful. It has a wonderful trail that goes all around the park and some that goes over water. In addition they have large dog park. Finally three different playground areas suitable for different age groups. The splash pad has not worked once I have been to it, hopefully it will be functioning for the next season. The park is well maintained as well as the restrooms. It even has a little garden with chairs where you can sit and enjoy the scenery.

Six 3 Gemini: Its places and experiences like these that inspire me to explore the unseen. A former dig site and burial site with lots of lawn great for the dogs as well as flower gardens and a large array of trees complete with markers indicating the particular species. There is a covered area with a display of the parks history and the many treasures that have been unearthed there. Whats more is the private benches and even a picnic table nestled away in the trees that could easily be missed without a second thought but I encourage you to go beyond the tree line.

George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum - College Station

Martin Andresen: This place is beautiful, well presented with fantastic displays about the Presidency of 41 George Bush. We loved it from walking in all the way inside and the wonderful stroll around the lake that leads to the resting place of President Bush, his wonderful Wife and their daughter that died in infancy .. thanks for all the work that went into this enjoyable, respect for these fine people and all they did for us..

Messina Hof Estate Winery - Bryan

Ryan Swenson: This estate is gorgeous. The wine is incredible and mature. The grapevines are incredibly green and healthy in May. Service was great and pleasant. Highly recommend the stop here to try out their large wine selection. Ports are amazing.

Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History - Bryan

J Stevens: BVM is not large, but full of interesting things regarding Texas and the Brazos Valley. Excellent photography displays. The old bank safe was most impressive from a mechanical stand point.

Garden Acres Park - Bryan

Steve Jim: A good place in the middle of a mature neighborhood. It has a couple of tables and a small baseball diamond. The cool thing is that it has a historic cemetery in the middle of it. It may sound creepy to some but history is always cool.

Bonfire Memorial - College Station

B Matt: Really touching tribute to the students who died in the tragic accident. I will say, as someone who didn’t know what happened, I had to look it up afterwards. The monument assumes you’ve got some sense of the accident.

Billie Madeley Park - Bryan

Angel McCreight: Sweet 15 minute trail. One of my favorite spots. Its a very beautiful trail in all weather. Minimal parking!! Consider bringing bug spray. Can be muddy after rain. Remember to be mindful of the neighbors and their driveways.

Century Tree - College Station

Nicole Miller: Beautiful tree with many limbs held up by posts. Many areas of the tree have worn down bark by lots of fingers touching it.
