5 /5 Becky Thompson: We are on a cross country road trip and one of our brake lines ruptured in Gainesville. B & T Automotive was able to quickly replace the brake line and get us back on the road the same day! We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and how willing they were to help. Justin and his team kept the shop open until the truck was done and we could go back on the road. They also welcomed our dog into their shop during our repair. Thank you so much!!

1 /5 Lindolfo Salazar: I never write bad reviews but this shop left our truck sitting for days almost had to pay a 40k claim on my load. They took 6 days to install a yoke and u joint they had issues getting parts. Dont know why if they have mhc fort worth with 24/7 service and parts and had them in stock. Lady in the front desk did care about anything just kept saying the same thing over and over. Dont bring your semis here

1 /5 Ryan Barker: B&T is all talk....We got you, We got this, Have your truck humming like new in a few days. Once you hand over the keys, forget it. They act irritated that you want an update. They had my truck for a week and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Did not even diagnose. I lost hundreds of dollars using rentals, uber all the while thinking they just needed more time. If I had a lawyer, I would have sued them. Worst customer service ever.

1 /5 Kari Seaman: sons car broke down outside of Gainsville. We live in Oklahoma.. They said they would get car and see what was wrong... after several days, we called and they had not gotten car yet.. they were rude, unprofessional, and I would not recommend this shop if it was the last and only place in Texas. We were being charged daily, because the car had been impounded. We called Cams which the tow service recommended! Cams got the car and we are so glad! B & T is the worst!!!!

5 /5 Bald Eagle Transporting, LLC: We had a driver blow out his rear-end and we were stranded, B&T had us back on the road in two days, they worked till 8PM on a Friday to get us back on the road. We greatly appreciate the hustle.
