I have tried numerous times to contact the business office to get a refund. But either the manager is out on pregnancy leave, or no where to be found. Next stop will be to drop off proof of payment, and projected treatment for the day, at a attorneys office. I guess the deserve a thousand plus dollars just because you walk in their door.
