5 /5 Camie Rodgers: Just got my hair cut there for the first time. Im new to El Paso, so I just googled salons, this one seemed pretty promising based on the review. I am so happy with the haircut and all the staff of Anas!!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was very attentive and nice. Mireya cut my hair and I will definitely be going back, she listened to what I wanted and it ended up even better than Id thought my hair could be! The only negative ratings I saw for Anas was the price. I thought the pricing was decent compared to the quality of service and cut I received. I will be going back for sure! Thanks

She worked with my limited time and still managed to make my vision come to life. My hair looks great and I look forward to going again.

I was charged an outrageous $140 for a simple haircut and wash, which is far beyond what I was led to believe the prices would be. When I spoke to the gentleman at the salon and asked for the price of a haircut, he stated that it would be $85 or more. However, after my appointment, I was shocked to be charged $140. When I called back to clarify, I was informed that I had been charged extra for the time spent at the salon. This was never communicated to me, and I feel completely misled. The reason I’m upset is that I wasn’t informed about these additional charges beforehand. On top of everything else, when I called to clarify, the man I spoke to insisted that I was asking for the stylist to work for free, which was both insulting and unprofessional. After looking online, I discovered that the price for a normal haircut, wash, and style is $65 plus tip. I also saw that the standalone price for a completely different service is $140. It seems to me that I wasn’t even charged for the correct service, which adds to my frustration.
