1 /5 Kade Michael Roberts: The staff were amazing, however, I left before they did my two fillings. The room they put me in was not clean at all. All of the sterilized tools for my procedure were placed on a paper on top of a very dirty counter top. Most of the surfaces in the room had not been wiped down in some time it appeared, and I just did not feel comfy having the procedure in that room. I walked out before my procedure, and Im changing my insurance to go back to my old dentist. Sorry Allington, but this was a big no no for me.

5 /5 kamiyar no: Amazingly nice staff. I had my cleaning today with Leslie, dental hygienist and she did a great job. Office was not really equipped with decent technology but staff and their hospitality covered that part. Thanks Leslie

5 /5 Mary Shellnutt: All of the staff are very friendly & they do their best to help you have as good an experience as possible. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the lobby before being called back for treatment. Dr. Thorpe is a great doctor & very informative about whatever procedure is going to be performed that day & is very good at making sure that you dont feel anything before starting. The office & patient rooms are very clean & organized.

5 /5 Izzy Hawkins: My 2 sons hygiene checkups was treated with top tier customer service from Renea the Hygienist! I had to catch her name because she was moving thru patients with such gentle care and made everyone feel comfortable. I honestly wanted her to clean my teeth but I only booked for my sons lol!

Randy Whitehurst: My teeth were in really bad shape. I’d had braces on from 12 years old until 19. My parents were not wealthy, and circumstances caused us to lose dental insurance. I took them off myself when I was 19, and didn’t go to a dentist about it until I was in my 30s. I find myself in a much better situation financially these days and went to get them fixed. All on 4 uppers is the best way if you’re going to have to replace your teeth!!! It’s been a ride, there were some complications that were not the fault of AOMS I don’t think. Like I said, I was in bad shape. I started the process in May of 2023, and finished the process yesterday! (02/19/25) AOMS only charged me the one fee for the process that was supposed to take a year. It’s been almost two, and they’ve stood behind their work and treated me very well! I paid up front, and they haven’t asked for another dime! They even had to knock me out and operate a year later when some of the implants failed. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’ve had teeth in my mouth since the day they operated, it just wasn’t perfect. I mean, I thought they were great how they were the first time around, but they weren’t happy. The implants weren’t as solid as they’d have liked, so we had to redo them. To me it already felt 1000 times better than what I had naturally. Had I gone to Mexico and saved money I’d likely still be happy, and wouldn’t have a clue that the implants weren’t quite right, I mean I could handle just a little discomfort compared to what I had before. Now though, I see what they were concerned about. All that’s gone too! I can eat steaks and beef Jerky without pain. I mean, I could probably pick up a steak and just bite it with my teeth! My teeth are more solid than they’ve been since I can remember. My smile is amazing now! Don’t go for the cheap implants across the border. Things happen, and what would you do then? Also, AOMS took their time fitting and making sure everything feels as natural as my own teeth would as far as how they fit together. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Gloria and the AOMS team!!!

However, I was sent to general dentist for denture fitting!? (Impression). What a frustrated! My candid opinion: Dr. Atkins is the top notch dentist. Its worth your money in term of the quality. However, it is costly, no compromise.

My extraction site still has a hole from not putting a suture and its been 5 months already. Food constantly gets in it and its irritating on a daily basis.
