5 /5 Armando Diego: Front desk is amazing. Nothing but beautiful smiles. Always a warm greeting walking in. She explained everything about my insurance down to the Tee! They are very friendly and fast. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns.

3 /5 Queen B: My children has gone here for years and I have been satisfied thus far. My daughter had an appt for check up/cleaning at 11 and we got there early, no biggie, was told we would be seen sooner. She finally got called back around 11:15 and was completely done after 1. Theres a sign saying that they are understaffed so have patience, understandable. Why not spread out the appts so that the hygienist/dentist are not overbooked and patients would not have to wait for long periods of time

3 /5 Jason Parizek: Mixed. The staff are excellent and the care is great. Ive noticed the cleanliness declined. My last visit, the place was filthy. The floor was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. It had me wondering whether other aspects of hygiene and sanitization were lacking as well. Im unlikely to change providers for this reason alone and am hopeful they up their attention to cleanliness.

1 /5 Kim Felts: I had visited the Odessa office as a new patient, was there for 3 hours, they said they could schedule my tooth extraction at their midland location midland office sooner so I took it. Never got a reminder so I called to confirm and left a voicemail with no call back so I went ahead and went to my 4:00 appointment, got there at 3:40 to be told I had no appointment but they would squeeze me in. Took me back at 4:30. I thought ok happens, waited until 6:00 almost left but had waited so long I stayed they started shortly after and that’s when the true nightmare began…I had gas and numbing and when they pulled my tooth I experienced a lot of pain which I know can happen sometimes, I was clenching, sweating, and literally hollering in pain, they took 3 sets of X-rays during the procedure to find the issue…glad at least they didn’t break my jaw…I had an extra root that broke during the procedure (not their fault) they were so rough digging around in my mouth trying to get it, grinding and digging in my bones and massacred my gums in the process which I felt the cuts as it happened, like all cut up even around the tooth next to the extraction site…they were all rushing literally running around the office at the end of the day with other patients and I was the last one…after they were done no compassion for what I just experienced handed me a baggie with supplies and rushed me to the front with hardly a word!!! Worst dental experience in my life and now I’m terrified for other work needed…BUT I will never go back here!!!

5 /5 john gonzales: Haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years, I hate going.. I was assured I was in good hands, and to my surprise I felt hardly any pain and the staff were very considerate and reassuring. Overall I had a very good experience considering how much I dread the dentist.
