1 /5 Leo Rodriguez .Lower Rio Grande Valley History: Horrible customer service. Drove there from San Benito (26 miles), repair shop was recommended by friend. Drove up, was greeted, explained car’s problems/symptoms with owner (?). He stated the other mechanic was more familiar with engine symptoms, would go call him. After bout 10 minutes or so same man told us the mechanic was in bathroom, would tend to us asap. After waiting another 1/2 hour or so I went up to same man, asked if we were going to be assisted, he said we would be attended to shortly. After waiting for over an hour we left, figured if their service was this poor, I didn’t need them anywhere mere my vehicle. Never again.
