They were understanding of my financial worries, which was rather reassuring to me. I felt so seen, and cared for. Not to mention anytime I felt any discomfort, the staff were quick to address the issue. I really appreciate the care I was shown. 10/10 would recommend! Update: I cant stress enough how kind the staff are. Everytime I come in, the wonderful staff are so patient and caring, and always makes me feel confident in my smile when I leave. Rachel Vanderlely: I wish I could give a 100!! Dr. Baker and his team are wonderful. I drove over 2 hours round trip to have him do my root canal and I am so thankful I did. Dr.Baker has the best bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through out the procedure. He made sure I was numb and calm and ready for my procedure before starting. I am currently pregnant and he also made sure to put special care and protection in place during the X-rays and procedure. He literally saved my tooth. He even put in a piece of fiberglass to reinforce my tooth. If it wasn’t for him I would have had to get my tooth pulled. His staff went above and beyond to accommodate me quickly and even helped me deal with my annoying dental insurance. He got me in right away which I was so thankful for because I was in a lot of pain and now I am completely pain free and 1 month post op. To Dr.Baker, his wife and his staff THANK YOU, for saving my tooth and making me feel 100x better and pain free during the rest of my pregnancy.

I was referred by the VA back to him in the first part of this year, I called and was told they were overloaded wit VA patients and could not see me, so I was seen in Lawton. That Doctor has now left the VA program. I called aDr Helen’s office and was told that because I canceled “ several appointments “ in 2020 I could no be seen. NOTE: CANCELED appointments, due to family medical emergencies out of state. If you see Dr, Heyen, Don’t CANCEL, they will refuse you care.

Tu Le: Ive been here several times and while they have all my income information, they asked me to provide upon arrival. The person I talked to on the phone to schedule an appointment didnt tell me to bring proof of income or anything then how am I supposed to know? Then wanted to charge me $270 for a normal cleaning. So I had to walk out. Drove there just to walk out for nothing. A complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. Probably wont ever come back.
