1 /5 Monica Rivera: I went here about 8 years ago and it was horrific. My tooth was getting pulled out because it had a cavity in it, and they did not give me any anesthesia even though my parents asked for it. I was crying and screaming because the pain was intense and all the staff told me was to “be quiet.” Of course I couldn’t be quiet because all I felt was pain. In addition, the fillings are weird, cheap, and they almost fell off. Ever since then, we never came back here.

5 /5 Janet Terry: Being in the past medical field working with this dentist office for the past three years there are very professional . on time never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to them for dental care. The dentist are very professional caring and precise they care about their patients and well being. The Laboratory they use does a very fine job on the Dentistry on the Dentures or anything else that needs to be made. I would definitely give this location fivestars and proficiency

1 /5 Andrea Nelson: Find another dentist they could care less about your time. My son needed 4 fillings, and since the insurance approval girl was on vacation he had to wait a month. It takes 2 hours nomatter what. The staff is rude, and argumentive about everything. RUN TO ANOTHER DENTIST. They never keep appointment times, the staff never shows up on time.

1 /5 Jobs: Ive been to 2 other dentists who all said the same thing, this place told me completely different information and wanted to do unnecessary work that costs a fortune. They said I needed a root canal, but the x-ray clearly showed that I did not need one. When I mentioned the last dentist said I only needed a filing, the "dentist" literally walked out of the room without saying anything. "Dr." Pham is a monster, he didnt try to answer my questions and when I told him I didnt have enough money for his "plan", which differed entirely from what other dentists have told me, he literally just walked out of the room without saying anything. This place is TERRIBLE. The staff is shady and unprofessional, and the building literally stinks inside. Complete waste of time, and a waste of my insurance. Would give zero stars if possible. Do NOT waste your time, or money on this low rate grift factory. And DEFINITELY dont trust a word they say, or bring your children here.

2 /5 Jessica Hoffart: *They re-seated a crown that had fallen off, and it fell off AGAIN two weeks later!* The outside and inside of the building is run down and wasn’t very clean. I was on time, but I ended up having to wait for over an hour to be called back for my appointment. After I was called back and had my x-rays done, I had to wait for an additional 20 minutes until the dentist came back to see me. It was almost closing time by then, so they were all in a rush. She told me that my gums had grown up under my crown a little bit which is why it probably came off (the first time). She also told me that the crown might not stay if she tried to put it back on. She told me I’d probably have to get them to re-make the crown for me (which would cost almost $500 WITH INSURANCE.) What she did not tell me is that there is a way to fix the gums so that the crown will stay on. (I found that out two weeks later when the crown that she glued on fell off and I went to a DIFFERENT dentist, Solomon Dental Group. ..Dr. Solomon is amazing, by the way!!) I think that the dentist at Affordable Dental was in a hurry and didn’t want to take the time to fix my gums, and she might have also been hoping I’d have to get them to re-make my crown. I’m not sure what her reason was, but she did not do what she should’ve done to fix my tooth, and I am very unhappy about that. The ONLY Reef in that I gave this place to stars instead of one is that the office staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful (Even the dentist was very nice, even though she didn’t do her job correctly) and I think that deserves some recognition. My advice is to not waste your time or money here. Go see Dr. Solomon instead! Lol
