5 /5 D D: Arrived at 4:15 pm and there was no one there to check me in. Guy (Dr. Corey) walked up from the back and said someone would be with me soon. Waited about 10 minutes. Blanca sat down but didn’t acknowledge me until I walked back up and asked if she was the one I needed to check in with. She was very nice. Waited about 10 more minutes to be seen after I filled out paperwork. Nurse Stacy was awesome! Doctor Corey was very soft spoken, professional , thorough, and very nice. Place was very clean. Very quiet.

5 /5 Eric: The lady at the front desk, Blanca Sifuentes demonstrated excellent customer service skills towards myself and the other patients. She was very professional and courteous. The nurse was very nice and did her job well. The doctor was very knowledgeable of what I was seen for and offered helpful ideas on how I could feel better. He showed that he cares for his patients. My experience there was outstanding. Thank you!

5 /5 Kayce Guthrie: Very friendly staff, I brought in my 5 year old and they were so nice to him. It definitely made coming to get him looked at and taken care of easy. The MA/Nurse (beautiful face tattoos) and the older lady (Dr/NP) were definitely the best part of our experience.

5 /5 Helen: I was checked in promptly. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before I was called to a room. The technician and Nurse Practitioner was very thorough. The Nurse Practitioner took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Access Health Urgent Care.

Hung Tran: This is bad. I was there and I got a bill for more than $300 for doing nothing. They said dont worry about money. They will charge my insurance. I saw my physician and only pay $75. A physical therapist charge me more then $300. What kinda world are we in now? This is bad.
