2 /5 rJacquy DOnofrio: My hair looks awful! I will NEVER come back. I gave her a picture of what I wanted. It was so simple. I wanted LONG side bangs and some layers. One of the most popular cuts that women have these days. This woman made me look like a 5th grader. Its so ugly. I have to keep clips in my hair to hold it down since she cut off WAY TOO MUCH!! Instead of giving me a discount or trying to make it look better after SHE screwed it up, she kept telling me "Sorry theres nothing I can do about it." Very unprofessional. She shouldnt have even charged me for this crap.

1 /5 Cris Sot: If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for years, however after my latest experience and how the situation was handled shows a person’s true colors. No ownership or responsibility for messing up someone’s hair. Seems to only do it for the money not caring how the product will come out.
