5 /5 Karyme Zuniga: Update: The manager of the salon, Jon, called me and offered me a new set and refund. He did a WONDERFUL job!! I am super impressed by their customer service and values as a business. I would recommend them!. I really appreciated them going above and beyond. It truly improved my day. I cannot speak more highly of their business! It went from a bad experience to an amazing one in less than 24 hours. They truly deserve any business that comes their way. The manager was so considerate he even rescheduled his own personal hair appointment.
I went yesterday night as a walk in and requested a simple French tip set. I had high hopes based on the reviews and my friends recommendation. The lady I was placed with at first did a horrible job. She laid the acrylic over my cuticles, touching the actual the skin on my finger, once she started filing them she was burning the skin around my nail trying to thin out the acrylic. Once we started on the shape, it continued to go down hill. This is when I realized the nail tips were all different sizes and inconsistent. I tried voicing my concerns about the shape but she wasn’t able to do the square shape. At this point, I requested a new nail technician. I was placed with a different one and she said she could remedy the base that was already placed. She was able to shape them better but my nails still look bulky and the tips are different sizes. I’m very disappointed. I was left with nails I don’t enjoy and want to get taken off. For the price I paid, I don’t believe it was worth it.
