5 /5 Richard Creelman: I was taken to an exam room within 5 minutes of signing in. I had met my appointment time and Dr Lee’s staff did their best to meet their time obligation. That’s important to me. They were courteous and efficient: blood pressure, temperature was taken and notes recorded for the Dr. use. Dr Lee entered the exam room with computer in hand that allowed immediate access to my complete medical history. Lee gave me all the time needed for discussion of issues. Any documentation I required was printed and waiting when exiting the exam room. The entire visit was efficient with no lost time. San Marcos Family Medicine uses computers and connected tools efficiently. I assume they are the envy of many medical practitioners. They are courteous and have a good attitude toward their job. It must be a pleasant place to work and it shows in the staff’s approach to their jobs.
