Extremely flexible scheduling AND quick to book, cancel, and reschedule appointments. Every employee has been professional, kind, and patient. I’m taking the time to review today specifically because of my experience today. I had the pleasure of having HEATHER take care of me today and she was the perfect dental hygienist. Kind, funny, described every step before and/or while she was performing it, and had the most genuine demeanor. 10/10 recommend and asking for her if possible!!

5 /5 P Branson: Everyone was so pleasant and yet efficiently professional! The wait was very short to get to the first stage, panoramic x-rays. And each step of the process had very acceptable wait times: getting history, talking with the dentist, getting my teeth evaluated and cleaned. They listened when you stated a concern and took care of any that could be done quickly. For me, the many easily-accessible locations is a very good plus, too.

Thankfully, I found this dental clinic, which was extremely helpful. The staff was very friendly and prompt in their treatment; I didnt have to wait long. They are very patient there place is always nice and clean have play area for children they offered us treats and my kids got balloons. Besides all of that I came here because my daughter had discolored teeth and would get bullied in school and they cleaned her teeth and did a small procedure and now her teeth are white and cleaned and she feels so much more confident about herself she can smile now it means a lot to me that they helped her and made her feel beautiful. The front dest staff and nurses and Dentist are all very nice and professional i recommend this place to everyone. Signed their forms online through text link. Showed up 10 minutes early Read and signed another form physically. Waited Got in They took an X-ray of my head and height. Then led me to a room asked me some questions. Got more X-rays of my teeth. Then cleaned my teeth. Added Floride at the end so i couldnt eat or drink for 30 minutes. Led me out. At 10:53 AM when I came in 9:50 AM

Hunting Fanatic: The staff here is delightful, but the way this clinic is run is predatory, plain and simple. They just want your money. As the daughter of a dental hygienist (she’s in Wisconsin so I can’t go to her,) I was appalled to hear the hygienist tell me I have signs of periodontal disease ($2,000+ treatment) and that I needed a $500 night guard. I brush and floss daily like a good little kid, so I denied the treatment and the night guard as I’ve also had no issues with teeth grinding. My husband unfortunately wasn’t so privy to their tactics and accepted the treatments they recommended. Even though we have dental insurance, We were slapped with a bill in the mail for over $3,000 for some injections they gave him. Years later…I still get texts and calls from them to schedule another appointment, which clearly will never happen. Y’all have some awesome staff! I highly recommend you look for work elsewhere, as you and your patients will be happier at an honest clinic. Thankfully I found one!! Premier Dental is absolutely amazing!! Worth the commute :)

I questioned the charges because we have really good insurance. The receptionist said she would double check our insurance coverage. We waited 20 minutes. Left. Then she calls us as we are leaving the parking lot, stating that she verified our instance and there would be $0 due. Why wouldn’t they verify our insurance BEFORE trying to charge us $300? or even at the time of our appointment confirmation? Lost our business today. We will never go back. Scam artist.
