Bryan my salesperson was extremely helpful and did everything he said he would. One of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. Cannot recommend them any higher.

Sunney Lemons I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I brought my car to this shop based on Robert’s assurance that the warranty would cover the repair. Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue — but I didn’t find that out until weeks into the process, after repeated delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. A replacement engine was ordered before the actual issue was even confirmed, which wasted valuable time and created insurance complications that left me without a car for over a month. During that time, I had to constantly chase updates, and I was frequently promised return calls that never came.
One moment in particular was especially disappointing. When I asked why the warranty wouldn’t apply, I was told, “I’ll just explain it to your husband.” That was dismissive and insulting. I have a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and was more than capable of understanding the issue. I just wasn’t given the basic respect to be included in the conversation.
Then, on the very day I was finally supposed to pick up my car — after months of waiting — I was suddenly told that my battery was bad and wouldn’t hold a charge. That made no sense, especially since the car had no engine in it for most of that time. Nothing had been mentioned about the battery during the entire repair process, and it was working perfectly when I dropped it off. I was pressured to pay $360 out of pocket for a replacement, but thankfully I refused and said I would handle it myself if needed. Sure enough, the battery has worked perfectly ever since. It was never the issue, and it’s clear that claim was just another attempt to upsell me unnecessarily.
I remained polite throughout the process, not because I was satisfied, but because I was trying to avoid being taken advantage of even more. Both my husband and I felt disrespected and misled the entire time. We deeply regret trusting their word and ever bringing our car to Bruner’s.
I’m relieved to finally have my car back, but I will never recommend this shop to anyone. I hope this review helps others avoid the experience we went through.
