BRIAN HAGOOD We were passing through town and needed a flat fixed. Got it done in 20 minutes at a great price. The guys were friendly and professional! Overall a wonderful experience!

Ken Teague Nathan and his team were kind enough to agree to work on my broken down VW vanagon westy. It had overheated on I10 half way between Junction, TX and Sonora, TX. The belt had chewed a hole in a nearby coolant hose and an o ring on something(?) that had coolant flowing through it, failed and leaked during Nathan’s pressure test of the cooling system. Nathan had a long line of vehicles waiting to be repaired but he agreed to squeeze me in and get me on my way. Nathan repaired both problems and did a thorough road test. I definitely felt that I had stumbled on a great mechanic and a great shop. So even though I was unlucky to have a breakdown, I was lucky to find a great mechanic. I drove the van home with no problem at all. If you ever need a mechanic in the Junction, TX area, call Nathan and his crew at Elite Automotive. My highest recommendation!

Llano Shepard Live out in the middle of nowhere and they came out and replaced tires on a travel trailer we needed moved. Can’t recommend them enough. They came out much quicker than I expected they would and had tires on in record time. Very appreciative of the service and pricing.

derrick drury I had guys stranded with stock on a trailer this evening after a bearing blew and the hub assembly was coming off the the axel. These guys were not only able to get all the parts necessary on a Saturday evening, they even put it back together better than it was before. True professionals and we could not thank them more. I know who to call if I’m ever in or around the area of junction.

Dustin White This place is great! Super clean restrooms. The store is clean and has a wide variety of items. We took our 3 young kids inside and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The gentleman running the store was also really friendly. Would stop here on our way through again.

Luiz Cent Old gas station, credit cards need to be signed for so the pump won’t work unless you go inside. Bathrooms aren’t very clean or kept well and you can’t use credit to buy anything but gas.

Gregory Deimel I am a full time recreational traveler and expect to encounter vehicle mechanical malfunctions along the way. While visiting one of my favorite cities in the Texas Hill Country, Junction, Texas, the driver side door on my pick up truck all of a sudden jams at the hinge and the door will only open a couple inches. Upon recommendation from the reliable folks at Eds Fix It Shop, i drove the truck over to Harames Auto Specialties where Mr. James Harames diagnosed the malfunction as a loose door panel jamming the door hinge. James immediately went to work and in a few minutes reattached the panel and the door works properly. He did this gratis & wouldnt even accept my offer to buy him & his staff lunch. I highly recommend this establishment for your automotive repair needs.

Brett Short Have a 2000 F150 5.4 L engine with 200,000 miles. Had a couple of blown head gaskets Charlie and Ray are the “doctors” of all things mechanical. I cannot say enough about how professional how kind how knowledgeable they were about everything and helping me get my truck back on the road. I believe that Midway Garage is an extremely fair and honest company. I will say that I will never bring my truck to anywhere else except Charlie and Ray at Midway Garage. Pat Peabody My battery died overnight and I was desperate to get to work. Coty came to my home, 30 miles away, started my battery and gave me great advice. He said, “don’t turn your car off. Go directly to an auto service store and get a new battery. This one will not take a charge”. I have a new battery and great respect for this courteous, professional young man. Outstanding service!

Jaime Capps I had a 6” long 1 1/4” diameter hose with pin hole in it. I had my own hose a new one and just needed them to come out and save antifreeze from running all over the ground so hose could be changed. Showed up and took all of 15 min and brought two 1 gallons antifreeze and charged 236.00 for 15 min. They are a rip off. Will never use them again and will definitely recommend everyone else around there to avoid them

They were honest and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. They made me feel comfortable and confident in there abilities. Having broke down while travelling and not being anywhere close to home or anyone I know. The made me feel welcomed and like family. They took care of the repairs and got me on the road.
