Monica Crawford Took my 2025 Altima in on 4/14/25 for hail damage. Got it back today 5/15/25, and the check engine light was on. (The light was NOT on when I dropped it off) Mind you, no one told me the light was on, before or after I paid my deductible. After I asked about the engine light being on, Louis proceeded to tell me “O after we did our post scan of the vehicle, the diagnostic results showed the Freon sensor has an issue. So you need to take it to the dealership.” I haven’t had my car for almost a month and now I need to take to the dealership for them to fix it! And if this isn’t under warranty I’m responsible for it. Plus I have no A/C, not blowing cold air. It doesn’t bother me that they had my car for so long, I had some pretty bad hail damage. What bothers me is that they almost let me leave the lot without telling me what had happened! And they were so quick to blame the company that calibrated my vehicle. Very very poor service!

Pam McVean If you need your vehicle fixed correctly and not overpriced Thornhill Auto repair is where you need to be. Gary the manager solved my issues with my Fiat . I had taken it to 2 other places they didnt fix it. The people are all friendly and treat you like family . This is my new Auto repair folks. They even showed me the problem areas and helped me identify the major issues versus the ones that werent as pressing. Their waiting area is comfortable and their staff is kind. His best talent is his artistry in repairing hail damaged vehicles and yet he also is amazing at listening and understanding your needs. My needs. My car looks amazing. The price was right. The quick response was amazing. Brain is like a Michelin chef. But a 5 star chef. Artist extrodinaire. To be a great chef, you must have the best quality, the precise techniques, perfection in your standards and expectations. Brian exceeds all of those. James Huling had a pretty good experience with the shop. prices are a bit high on certain things. They are fair with their diagnostic charge. Took them a few days to pin point my issue BUT after they found out what was throwing my p0171 code. They called me and told me how much it would be to replace it. I ended up just paying for the diagnostic charge and air filter. I replaced the Fuel pump myself. Mr. Floyd is fair though!

Justin McBride Excellent customer service! They really helped me when I was in a bind. The alternator they ordered for me was about 25 percent cheaper than anywhere else I found it.

Cecil Forshee Miss KIDD failed to say that AAA wrecker parked her car in front of my bay doors. Blocking them & the wrecker driver locked the car up & didnt leave the keys anywhere for us & then it took her 3 or 4 days to track down the AAA wrecker to find her keys & then she authorized us to remove valve cover for inspection & it had jumped timing due to her having no oil in the motor for the timing chain tensioner to work & then refused the repair & she said not to put back together because she was getting rid of it....So there it the true story...Anybody who knows me know I dont do business like she said. I havent been here for 35 years operating like she said.... I have very great customers. Really sorry she feels the way she does....

Christina Kidd Worst experience ever dealing with an auto shop.Mechanic took our car apart and didn’t bother putting back together. AAA towed our car to the shop because it wouldn’t start he supposedly parked it in the wrong spot so they asked us to call them again to move ithe car Across the parking lot. They could have moved it. Charges us &135 and a credit card fee to give us back the car in pieces. Owner bad mouthed triple AAA threatening to call his tow truck driver if we didn’t get it moved and then expected us to do business with him. Mechanic down the street charged $30 to fix what they took apart and left in pieces. Don’t use Performance Auto worst customer service and they will take you for what they can!!

tedros tekle Great skill and knowledge mechanic.when I call he came less than 40 min and trying to fix fuel pump issues.he did but still he have to figure it out something and he find out air compressor bad the he go back and buy the compressor replaced it put me back on the road .for all this work his price was reasonable I can say was cheap .thank you Dawson for all the great job you did.

When someone like this is willing to take there time and send you to someone that can help, I think thats awesome and an amazing quality more business should poses.

Rachel Blanton Amazing service! My family and I were traveling and had a two hour drive ahead of us. We realized half way through our tire was loosing air quick from a nail. We found this company on google. They closed in 30 minutes from the time we pulled up. They had us in and out with our tire patched in less than 10 minutes. Nicest people, quick service and we were able to continue on the road. We couldn’t be more thankful!!!

Sean Choate My family and I were in route for a follow up appointment for my daughters heart surgery when my tire on my Ram 2500 started losing pressure fast. We were so lucky to make it into town with only 25 psi left and pulled into Jack County Auto Service. I was so pleased to be assisted with the flat at a shop that was already bustling with work. These guys practically met me at the door with a jack and got us in and out in minutes. Whats even better is the tire still does not leak on a hole that was super tough to repair. I own a tire shop, so i know this one was not easy. I highly recommend these guys!!

D Williams They only want easy "gravy" jobs and turn down jobs that present a challenge. That means paying a second tow bill to a more dedicated place like Falls Town Auto or A1 Transmission. I collect Nissans and have multiple cars to drive. I make it a point to give them all the time they need. Such patience will result in being told theyre tired of your car being on their lot. I guess they didnt need a $7K job, namely a timing compartment restoration, clutch job, etc. They didnt bother doing a compression test nor combustion chamber video inspection before telling me my carbon clean engine should be used as a parts donor.

Brad Used to tell everyone take your car to billys...Took my moms car in and had an appointment for 8 am on Friday. They didnt get to it till late Monday. Decided to pick it up, I couldnt wait for the estimate. Now Im trying to find someone as reliable as they used to be.
