Rula (Rula) I had my vehicle towed to them on Monday the second of December. On Tuesday, December 3rd, I was told that the transmission had went out on my vehicle. He estimated the cost to be at 9 thousand dollars to fix the problem of on my vehicle. I just want to know why are you charging 9 thousand dollars for a transmission job sir? Why??? I even offered to buy a transmission online and bring it to them. This guy instructed me that 9 thousand is the price to fix my vehicle. Major price gouging at this place. Then, I still have to pay almost 4 hundred dollars for them to release the car after I told them that the problem was my transmission.

Scott B Couldnt ask for a better, honest mechanic and great person. Mr. Robert is a good man, does great work at a reasonable price. Not often today that you get to meet genuinely great people. Anytime I need something done on my vehicle, that is who I go to.

Aaron Cothren They had a few problems with new parts not working but they communicated with me threw the whole process got the truck fixed and did not over charge like most people in midland definitely would recommend to anyone needing repairs they did a great job

Angela Wetmore Brought my car in because it was having trouble starting and the engine light - throttle body code came on. I was told the battery was too low to diagnose and quoted $400 just to install a battery we would bring, then later $750 for their battery and install. Mind you, I drive a Jeep Cherokee latitude 2.4 cyl. Batteries cost $200. I declined. When I picked the car up, they charged $225 for a diagnostic they couldn’t even perform due to the low battery — and this fee was never mentioned upfront. Communication was poor, pricing wasn’t clear, and customer service left a lot to be desired. Get all pricing and work details in writing if you go here.

Kathy Oden Just had a tune up and other repairs to my 2008 GMC Envoy. Johns Automotive was very thorough, and kept me well informed of everything they were doing to my vehicle. I am very pleased with their work. My car runs like a new car now. I would definitely recommend them for any car repairs you need.

As the owner of a 2018 Genesis (my wife’s baby) and a Silverado, I’ve been here at least 10 times—and 99% of those visits were for the Genesis. (No surprise there, right?) But here’s the real reason I keep coming back: Aaron, our go-to mechanic. Aaron isn’t just skilled—he’s the DEFINITION of trustworthy. He’s always upfront about what’s wrong, what’s urgent, and what might need attention down the road—no pressure, no BS. His pricing is fair (actually, more than fair), and his work is top-notch. At this point, I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Aaron has earned every bit of my loyalty, and if you’re looking for a mechanic who treats your car (and your wallet) with respect, this is your spot.

Dalila Martinez Very satisfied guys did an amazing job took 3 of my cars there for ac problems and they were fixed very fast took my cars in and he made time for them right away! Is always busy but made time to make sure to get the jobs done because of the heat he got the cars doing great! Very good and friendly gentlemen. Owner was very friendly and professional also fixed my daughters bumper that was falling without being even asked to they did out of their hearts and courtesy! Also looked and discussed future things that are going to need repair in future without charging an arm and a leg definitely going back and the 4th car is on its way asap to get fixed as well. Definitely highly recommended truly satisfied! Good job Sergio and team!!

Aaz Zinc Very bad shop I do not recommend them at all, and.if you cant speak Spanish do not go there. They do not respect us. I drop my car there on Tuesday and they say theyll get it diagnose and done by Thursday,latest Saturday. But they never got back to me and I call them a week later and they started saying they had other card ahead when the guy said he had just few cars so he will be able to get it done. No respect for customers, and poor communication as they could clearly call me to tell me they wouldnt be able to get it done but they just ignored me until a week later when I had to call them. I do not recommend them at all.

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained my options clearly, and got to work right away.

Ashley I always have a pleasant experience at E&R. The guys answer all of my questions, and get me in and out as quickly as they can while providing great service. They also never make me feel like I’m getting ripped off or taken advantage of. This is a great down to earth shop and I will probably always use them.

Jenn Carr I couldn’t decide which I needed to update first, my brakes (which had been squealing)or my tires. Due to budget reasons I couldn’t do both at once. I dropped in on this place and was expecting to pay for an estimate/diagnosis. The lovely gentleman in the office looked at my brakes and explained to me that my brakes are still decent so I should go ahead and get the tires first. This man could have easily told me that I needed new brakes ASAP and talked me into dropping some $$ there but he didn’t. He was honest and genuinely happy to help me. I will be using this location for my auto services.

Dusty Burns Man these guys are awesome. Got me in extremely quick and quoted me exactly what it should be. I got to say Ruben went above and beyond working on my truck. It had an extreme vibration when it went in that was around 80% and when it come out theyre still about 10% remaining and we figured out what it were the rest of the issue is. Will be taking it back for them to finish the work.

Jason Stewart West Texas Automotive was referred to us by a friend and our experience was great from start to finish. Ruben helped us get our vehicle in for a diagnosis on the same day we brought it in , and the car was ready the next day. We will definitely tell our buddies about this place. Boom.

Foster Russchelle (Buffy) I tried them since I received the flyer in the mail. The oil change is cheaper than the chain places and the experience is so much better. Staff is very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me something I didnt want. I did my research on my check engine light before I went. They were so nice and explained everything to me. Also, I had three toddlers with me and the experience was very easy. They had room to play and act silly. I will go there again and again.

Erin Williams 5 stars are not enough to show my appreciation for Wall Street Automotive. These guys (and girls) are absolutely amazing. I took my Jeep in November for warranty work. I do NOT recommend Endurance for extended warranties. They are absolutely trash!! They (Endurance)took their time to do anything concerning my Jeep. But David at Wall Street was in contact with me at every turn, sometimes daily, to let me know the status of my Jeep and the repairs. I got my Jeep back yesterday (January 16) and he runs like a champ!! All the concerns, and even some I wasnt aware of, were addressed and repaired. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Wall Street Automotive to anyone and will definitely be a return customer for any future auto repairs I may need. Thank you Wall Street Automotive!!

Steve Christopher i dropped my car off in september after the flooding we had on labor day 2024 if you want to verify. i live behind them on travis ave so i can drive by everyday and my car stayed un touched the insurance company went 3 separate times between september and november for diagnosis and finally got one cut them a check for almost $5300 on november 17th i paid half my deductible a little later november maybe early december i don’t remember and wasn’t given a receipt. finally early january they moved it into the shop and probably worked on it a couple days. i called them to find out what the status was they said they’re waiting for a supplemental check to cover the difference between what has been paid and what is owed and that was couple days ago. i called my insurance company to see what the hold up is and they are waiting on proof the work was done/ and needed so they can cut them the check. and apparently it is almost double what the quote which the quote included the cost of a new motor and hasn’t provided proof that the work was done and are holding my car as of today 1/30/2025 @2:09pm. every time i call the guy isn’t there and has never called me back. i’ll update when i get my car back. alright almost everything got straightened out. at least to the point i’m not happy but content. i’m still coming outta pocket a little bit but not insane it is 2/5/2025 and just waiting on the check from insurance to arrive for them and i can get my car back. 2/7/2025 got my car back today. unfortunately i broke my ankle last week and can’t work clutch so my brother picked it up for me . sounds good. he said it drove good, but he only drove it the less than a football field distance to my house, but so far im satisfied with the work done if that changes i will be back on here

Stopher Bone The best shop in Midland! This place is awesome. They do a wonderful job. Great communication if you’re looking for somewhere, you can trust that will do what they say. They’re gonna do it at a reasonable price look no further than this place.

Laura Burgess First time here, and they were on it! Got my tires aligned, and they were quick, and friendly, and didn’t change my radio station. Got to see some interactions with some of their long time clients, and it was nice to see such loyalty! My van feels great again!

Jeremiah Rodriguez Charges 3x what other automotive shops would for simple things that can be done on ones own. Javier doesnt care too much about the people, just the money. Hes also very rude and ignorant. He has no regard for local businesses, downplays those around him because "the world revolves around him". Just an overall negative person, wouldnt trust him with any vehicles i own.

Justin Rodriguez I do not recommend this shop at all he charged me twice to fix my car took it to him after he had it for 2 weeks it finally was done only to find out the same check engine light came back on took it back to his shop after having it another two weeks he charged me again to fix it!!! Dude is a scam bad business for sure!!!!
