kynslee thetford Just took my 335i bmw with the drivetrain malfunction light on abt 2 weeks ago no clue what was wrong besides the fact it wouldn’t start. We got a call today saying it was ready and it drives better than ever and the price was very affordable compared to anywhere else you could go. Definitely recommend!!

Marilyn Alvarado Very professional and honest shop. I took my car for repairs and they had it done the same day, needles to say Im bringing my car here from now on. They are very upfront with the costs. Highly recommend.

Gina This guy is just a part changer , most of the time he doesnt know the right part that needs changing. He only knows how to guess what the problem is and its usually wrong. He also wants to charge you for another part and its also wrong. He is the worst mechanic in town , I dont recommend this business to anyone, wants to charge you twice for his misdiagnosis. Please please dont take your car to this repair shop if you want your car fixed correctly .

Wendie My husband took his car there them to fix his tire. Dude said that he doesn’t like to work behind other people, however he said that he could fix it. His tire was leaking air. My husband got up the next morning and the tire was almost flat again. Tried to drive the car to the store for more air and tire came off the rim. Took the tire off and put spare on and went back to him to fix again but he wanted to charge him again. He aired the tire up and that was it. My husband asked him if he could use his jack to put the tire on himself and he told him no. I didn’t think it was fair that he wanted to charge him to put the tire on after he aired it up. He was paid yesterday to so call “fix it”. Anyway

Kendrick Gilstrap Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Went in to get an inspection, willing to fix whatever the truck needed, and the guy wouldn’t give me 2 seconds of his time. Only told me my truck was no where close to passing inspection and walked away without wanting to fix the issue. (Tinted windows was the only fail) pulled tint and got inspected up the road from them.

Truth Hurts The U-joints in my truck failed and we brought my Dodge 1500 truck in for repairs. The shop was busy and we expected to have it back in a week or so. This place had my truck repaired in just one day, despite having to also replace the driveshaft, and they charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely be bringing my automotive repairs here in the future. A great mechanic is hard to find. THANK YOU FOURTH STREET AUTOMOTIVE!

Matthew F Brought my vehicle in October to get rear brake pads and rotors installed. The first time after we picked it up, there was an awful grinding sound and it turned out there was a rock between the pad and the rotor. Brought it back and they fixed it, no problem. The day after I picked it up, I began hearing a metallic clunk sound from the rear drivers side wheel. My car is almost ten years old with 90k miles, so I assumed the shock was bad. I had the shocks checked out by the VW dealership, and it turns out the suspected bad shock was actually blown and leaking oil. Got those replaced, and the noise continued. The driving feel of the car wasnt bad. It felt good to drive, so I figured it was the rear sway bar link since that doesnt contribute to the smoothness, or lack thereof, of a car. Well, today I brought my car to Automotive Super Center to get it checked out. It turns out that my rear brake pads were installed incorrectly. The spring wasnt set right and they were loose, rattling around. The scary thing? I drove maybe 8 or 9 thousand miles on those brakes. Personally, Im slightly terrified about it and very glad I decided it was worth checking out. I will not go back to Wills. Brake pads are one of the easiest things to replace on a car, and I would have done it myself if I had a jack and stands and a flat work surface to work on. But I didnt. I will say, they are very friendly people. I dont think they have malicious intent at all. The work could just be rushed or sloppy, which isnt much different than a malicious mechanic. I dont plan on going back.

Benny Moore Ive known will since the mid nineties. I always thought he was an upstanding person. But the first time I hired him for a job he never showed, wouldnt return my calls still to this day. Very disappointed in his behavior. I live 1800 miles away from Longview and needed back brakes put on my excursion so I could get it inspected and registered. When I first talked to him he said hed be there the next day, and he would call me back in a few hrs. with the price for the repairs.. nothing yet!!. I had to take off of work, fly down, rent a car from DFW to Longview, get the parts, find a place to do the repairs ( Troup Texas). Get the inspection and registration done in one day, get back to Dallas, return the rental car, fly back to Vegas, drive6 hrs home so I could go to work. Which I didnt get to because of a delayed flight (2.5 hrs.). And a semi flipped semi truck in the middle of hwy 93 (2 lane ) for 3 hrs. So....NO... I WILL NOT EVER BE HIRING HIM EVER AGAIN..

DeAndre Hutchings No experience really. Called on 7/2, spoke to a guy, and asked if they performed particular service (tune-up) and was told "Yes". They gave me a quote for $400 service plus parts. But when I asked how much it would be if I brought in my own parts. I was told they didnt entertain that kind of work they had other stuff to keep busy. Definitely a bad first impression of this company for sure!

All the staff is always more than accommodating and helpful if you have questions or just completing the change in general. I can’t imagine having my Tahoe serviced anywhere else.

Walter Burnette This place is legit! Fast service and great prices, fresh coffee, free water and clean bathrooms. They also have live video so you can see your oil being changed in real time. This Valvoline express is the best one in town. Excellent customer service and prices. No one selling you filters or services you dont need. Thank you guys for the refreshing service!!

Replaced my radiator by 2:15 and at a reasonable price I was on my mary way to FLA. made it there with no additional problems. I highly recommend these guys. Monica Cipriano He went to my house and checked my car in was some thing wrong with my radiator fan so it had to be made direct in order for the fan on the car to work well the work wasn’t done . So I called and got a negative response . I had txt no response ,and no answer in calls so I asked for his google review and he got upset and txted me a negative response with these txted messages I’m about to post as well I will not recommend him cuz with business it’s supposed to be professional no personal relationship should have been Involving with Business.. and I paid for half the work so he took my $ too and didn’t return it .

david mcbride Rudy’s is a very honest repair shop. They don’t just hook up to a computer and start replacing parts. They actually dig in and figure out what caused the failure. They are also extremely fair on their rates.

Ed Jones We have been using Rudys for more than 20 years. You cant find a better, more honest shop. If you dont need something, they will tell you that. The prices are more than reasonable and they go out if their way to find the best prices on parts. Cant say enough good about Rudys!

Victor Gonzalez Great customer service! The people at Automotive Super Center on the loop did everything I asked for on my suburban. Manager Justin was very attentive,and professional! This is the third time I bring my suburban to them and they always get the job done quick. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.

Deborah Biddy They were very nice and worked with me. They alerted me to my brakes in the rear needing to be replaced, and I’m getting ready to call and set up an appointment for my front brakes. I would definitely use them again. They were all very nice and cordial.

Jeremy Kelley I originally had an appointment to get a rentalbtruck serviced at the firestone on Judson road. I arrived 15 minutes early and asked the guy at the counter if he would be able to get me in at my appointed time. I was told "not a chance there were other people ahead of me." So I called and drove to the High Street location and got right in. Service was fantastic and quick. The new manager is on top of things and very knowledgeable.

They gave me a game plan and altered it to my budget, without any coercion. They took extra time and care with my truck, and also walked me through everything they did & future repairs. Jessica answered the phone and was so very kind and sweet to speak with. Brought my car in, Justin was able to get it in quickly and assess problems/damage for drivability. Updates were given frequently. The whole experience was great here and everyone was so kind and so helpful.
