Tim McGraw Matt and Travis were ready to help at 7pm when we had a blowout in our transporter on the way to Austin for the TransAm race. The event destroyed our air suspension lines and wiring. These guys drove 80 miles round trip to get our parts in the middle of the night, and had us on the road again by 3am. RedPanther Motorsport is grateful and very much recommends this talented and dedicated team.

Krispy Kleenex Clutch went out on my ford ranger only 8 miles past ozona. Super easy going owner. Feels like a new truck now. he got it in Monday at noon fixed it by Tuesday afternoon. Couldn’t be happier now I can get to work.

Doug Hart David and Paul were so nice - Trailer Equalizer on a tandem haul trailer were broken on the passenger side - they were able to dig the parts up and repair in about 1 hour - this extra effort of theirs was above and beyond. Really appreciate their courtesy.

Nataliee Aterrado Heading to El Paso on business with my unit manager & a new tire blew out & we called several places. No one returned our call. We even had a spare tire and just needed a jack. Mario came within 20 mini and helped us out. Thank God this place was open because I am not sure what we would have done. This man deserves a raise !!!

Lianna Santos Serious lifesavers! My parents were stranded right outside of Ozona with their rental and a split tire after 6pm. Rental company said they were too far out to do anything, and they called 4 other places but each one turned them down and told them good luck no one in Ozona is open to help you. Enter MAC-Mike’s auto care. My parents are not the most tech savvy but they stayed on the line with them and were so patient while my mom figured out how to send them their location. The other tire places in Ozona were abrupt and immediately told them they couldn’t help if they didn’t know where they were exactly and no one would be willing to help after 6pm. These guys should be the FIRST person you call. My mom was so relieved when they showed up with a new tire and moreover, that they were patient and understanding, and a friendly bunch!
