5 /5 Claudia Balderas: I ordered a 100 piece wings, I called ahead to see what would be the actual wait time, front desk lady told me it was the first order and offered to call me back 5 before order was out. Not even 5 min passed and got call back that it was almost out. Great service, everything was complete and all the food looked very well done.

5 /5 AR VLOGS: Ordered online at 11:35pm and didn’t get there until 1:56pm guy was super nice about it. I asked him if he could put an order of fries in for my son and he didn’t even hesitate about his answer he just told me it’ll be a 3 min wait. Awesome guys definitely 100% customer service.

1 /5 Mar: I ordered online 20 boneless wings. I arrived to pick the wings up about 5 minutes after the time posted to be ready. The wings were not ready, so I waited an additional 10 minutes. It was a togo order, so I picked them up and arrived home. When my kids started eating them, the wings were atomic hot, not the Hawaiian that I ordered. The person preparing the wings needs to pay more attention to the orders. Please provide some training for him or have him do some other work besides prepare wings. I am surprised because I have never had any bad experiences with Wingstop before. Thank to you, my kids had a bad experience. Parents, please be careful with what you order.
