5 /5 Gabriel Ramos Sr.: Food was as advertised. Try Louisiana rub with wet sauce on the side. Garlic parmesean was spot on. Staff was friendly and helpful! Too smokey inside however and A.C. should be colder for everyone. Need bigger t.v.s

1 /5 Lilly marie: This location is awful. Been to many other Wingstop and never had such worst service in my life. Wait time was 1 hour plus; even with the order ahead mobile orders. Most time the food is cold or dry. And even on one occasion served me completely UNCOOKED chicken.

2 /5 Matthew (TotallyNotGay): Great wings, anyone who says otherwise is an obvious liar. Great flavor variety and excellent execution on the flavor itself. Service is an absolute joke however, at least at the Alice location. On every single occasion i ordered online it’s taken an hour to close to TWO AND A HALF HOURS after telling me it wouldn’t be longer than 45 minutes. If you’re gonna take forever to make my order just say that, don’t lie and act like it’ll be ready soon.

1 /5 Marilyn Vasquez: back on 9/15/2025 we ordered food from wing stop alice tx, we had a good size order, sent my husband to pick it up as I was still working he came home with one bag, and was missing 3/4th of the order. I called and spoke to the supervisor, she assured me we would get a refund in 3-5 days and if it did not post to my account to call her back. It did not post and every time I call the location, it rings 5-9 times then disconnects. I live more than a half hour away, I will never use wing stop again I might as well kiss my money goodbye.

1 /5 Aliza Garcia: On mobile orders when picking up to eat there the finish the order eat before the food is done. So on the screen they have the order says it’s ready but when questioned the workers about it, they say it still need 15 more minutes after it says ready
