Whataburger - Goliad (TX)

1 /5 Ashley Ibarra: Whataburger in Goliad has consistently been a bad experience. They mess up orders almost every time, the wait is ridiculously long even when it’s not busy, and the last straw was finding hair in the food. I really wanted to support our local spot, but the cleanliness, accuracy, and basic customer service just aren’t there. This location seriously needs better management and attention to quality.

5 /5 Alicia Mills: Super busy Sunday afternoon for small town Whataburger. Waited 40 min for take out. But order was accurate and food was hot. Only recommendation- get a electronic tracking board for customers to see if their order is still pending since we saw people come in after and leave before us (assuming online orders). We asked twice about our food. This would make the experience SO MUCH BETTER for the staff who were super busy and the customer.

1 /5 ROSIE QUINONES: If it were possible to give a 0 star rate that is what this location would receive. With the drive in, mobile orders, and dine in slammed with orders and customers the manager on duty decides it’s a great time to have a 20 minute plus chitchat with friends. Dine in orders were taking over 30 minutes. And still not as hot as you would expect for taking so long. Restaurant was not clean with dirty tables, spilled drinks throughout making for sticky floors.

1 /5 Steven Street: Slow and crowded. No French fries. Single person restroom. This was the 2nd year in a row Ive stopped here to stretch at the midpoint of our 8 hour trip to and from south Texas. The place was packed so being able to get into the 1 person restroom was not possible unless you were willing to wait 20 minutes plus. They were completely out of French fries but offered onion rings or hash browns at 3pm for a substitute and forgot to give me the cookies I paid for. Staff was friendly. As busy as this location stays, they should be able to install another toilet or urinal because theres room in the restroom for it.
