Whataburger - Rusk (TX)

2 /5 Cindy: We had a $37 order. The fries were cold. Both chicken sandwiches were cold. No condiments were in the order as we specified. Dark an dreary inside decor in my opinion. Asked for 2 glasses for water and they wanted $.38 per cup. I can see that, if we hadn’t purchased food. We won’t be patronizing this Whataburger again.

1 /5 Dinesha Hawkins: Pleaseeeee do not eat at this restaurant. The food is mediocre. Your order will always be wrong and the restaurant always have long lines in the drive through. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Eat at your own risk. I orderd a sausage breakfast bowl and the gravy was white in color and watery. The hasbrowns were old and the eggs were hard. Every time I eat at this location I get sick but I mean it is in Rusk.

5 /5 Sylvia Roberts: The guy working the register was absolutely the Best . I asked him what he recommended for breakfast and he gave me several of his personal favorites. He brought my food to me while I was getting my drinks. I had forgot to order a milkshake and he had it in my hand within 2 minutes with a drink holder. He was very professional and so friendly. He will be the reason I go back to this Whataburger. Wish I could remember his name .

5 /5 Scott Remy: Very nice and clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Fantastic burgers, fries, union rings and shakes. Easy to get to. Just like all the other Whataburgers. Always stop at them.

3 /5 B Lee: Pleasant enough staff, maybe theyre shorthanded because service can be particularly slow sometimes and sometimes the order is not correct which can be an allergy issue. Overall decent for the price but fast food is very limited in this small town.
