Thank you sir for your excellent customer service and welcoming attitude! And I must say, thats the cleanest store Ive been in in a very long time and thats saying something cause I almost live in whataburger! And to the young man working the register at 7 pm on January 1st of 2026 ( i apologize I didnt catch your name) you mixed a great coffee! First time trying the coffee and im genuinely impressed! You have a great radiant personality young man! Thank you gentleman for the 10 out of 10 experience!

5 /5 Sheri Boylan: Im so happy they opened this location in Greenville. The older location is horrible. This location is fast with your orders, excellent customer service, super clean.

2 /5 Whitney Jennings: Went through the drive through line. It was not a busy time of day. No one was behind us in the line. We sat for 15 minutes at the window waiting for food with screaming/crying kiddos. I understand if it takes a minute to get the food cooked, just inform the customer so they know what to expect or even want to wait that long.

1 /5 christian wosnig: Slowest Whataburger I’ve ever been to for starters. The first time I went I got a 5 inch long hair in my honey butter chicken biscuit, pulled the whole thing out of my mouth. Ordering ahead also doesn’t do any good either, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit another morning and only got the egg and cheese.
