5 /5 Rachel Mey: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Western Edge is outstanding! We had the lobster macaroni and lamb chops — both were seasoned perfectly, tender, and absolutely delicious. Our server, Ryan, was so attentive and kind, with spot-on recommendations that made the meal even better. Amazing food, fantastic service, and a great atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back! Also, the bacon wrapped dates are a must!

1 /5 holly carnes: Went on Thanksgiving. Hostess was sweet and accommodating. Then, the manager or owner came and told us that if we were not eating turkey we would have to wait longer. She made us feel unwanted. When we were seated, our waiter Jessie was very good but our food was not. Our mashed potatoes and green beans came out cold. The chicken fried chicken was tough and dry. Definitely will not be going back. Too many other good places to go near there

1 /5 Lisa Fernandez: Unfortunately this was the only restaurant open on Christmas as we were driving through Fredericksburg. It started off fine with our waiter, Ryan. Four tables that sat after us got their food before us and our "hand-cut" fries came to our table cold. It should be advertised as a handful of frozen fries. We had to ask for napkins and silverware three times. Ryan placed our order correctly but it did not come out the way we placed the order. He read back the order to the best of his ability and just looked at the order. Needless to say our request for the two orders of mashed potatoes that were supposed to come with our order never made it to our table. A runner that brought one order of mashed potatoes told us the other order would be right out. When we waved down Ryan to let him know, since he had been avoiding our table, he snapped back with a response you told the hostess you did not want them. Which we had no interaction with the nice hostess after seating us. When we asked to speak with a manager Ryan became irritated and sent her to our table. It became a bit of he said she said game that as a guest and a grown adult I was not going to engage in this nonsense. The manager did give a bit of a discount, offered a dessert and could not wait for us to leave. We will not be returning nor will we ever recommend this place. Actually Ill be sure to let people know about our experience.

5 /5 Deanna Cornell: We went on Christmas day, hostess was a delight. We sat outside and had a great time. Food was good - the crab dip was yummy! Hubby had Chicken Fried Steak, which was also good. Great place to spend some time on the patio - weather permitting.
