Wendys - Liberty (TX)

2 /5 Scott Mcquade: I usually get the "pull up to the yellow line" line, no matter how common my order items are. This last time it was pull up to the line for the "fresh" spicy chicken sandwich-it was, however the fries = room temp. I guess they bagged the fries while they waited 10 minutes on the sandwich. They seem like they often have new employees (nearly always) whom are confused. They do seem to keep a really well mannered younger man. I also like their lemonade. But not really worth it. Taco Bell is better next door at a slightly lower price.

1 /5 Rafael Delgado: Very awful place, not much places here in Liberty so kind of forced on these fast food places. Service is super slow, ordered through mobile, got to restaurant and asked to pull to red line up front even though they have zero customers on drive thru and on-store. I counted 2 employees outside the restaurant chit-chatting with their families or friends I’m assuming so of course my food took for ever. Just horrible service.

1 /5 Jennifer Garrison: Would not give any stars if they were a option! The employees are rude and bad mannered and management is standing right there! Still better off not having the new Wendys here would be better off driving to Dayton or dam use Taco Bell right next door theyre service is good and employees are trained to treat customers with respect! And to make matters worse their food is always always always cold and they make it to order!!??

1 /5 Erin Burton: We stopped here for a quick lunch on a roadtrip. I am breastfeeding and my baby has an allergy to Cow’s Milk Protein, which means I cannot consume ANY dairy, even trace amounts. Before we ordered (mobile order) I went to Wendy’s website to look up allergen information and find what was safe to order. I got a bacon burger with NO CHEESE. Halfway through eating my burger, I noticed a bit of yellow on the burger patty and opened it up to find that they had been lazy and just tried to scrape the cheese off of the meat (and done a poor job of it) instead of making a burger with no cheese. Because of this, my baby will suffer gastrointestinal distress with pain and projectile vomiting for the next 24hrs.

1 /5 Billy Wolf: This place is not 1 week open. One car in front of me so no crowd. Their service was pretty quick. My service took awhile. I told the host I wanted no cheese on my double burger twice so I figured I messed up their rythym because I sat at the window for awhile. When I got home, double cheese. She got the condiments correct but typed double cheese. Wendys is terrible for screwing up orders. I gave up on the Wendys in Dayton Tx and Kemah Tx after 3 failed drive through orders at each one. Its ashame. Great burger. Non-listening hosts. No number listed for Liberty Wendys. Too new.
