1 /5 Jasmin Ramirez: On December 28,2025 at 7:24pm i called this location to see If they could replace my meal because i found a hair in my chicken enchiladas, if i took the food back with my receipt, (I only had 2 bites before i found the hair the food was all there & I wasnt even asking for a refund, just a replacement) when i called i spoke to the manager Roger/Rogelio &explained the situation he told me i could call back in a few minutes he just had to verify 1st. I called him back and when i spoke to him the second time he gave me a nasty attitude and seemed bothered and told me he could not replace my food at his location. And when i called back to get his name he told me what did i need his name for and hung up on me and when i called right back he made his server answer the phone and i could hear him tell her “dile que no estoy” in Spanish as if i couldn’t understand that he was telling her to tell me that he wasnt there and when i started telling her why were they makimg a big deal out of getting his name she cut me off asking me if there was anything else rudely so i asked again whats your managers name and she goes to ask the same guy (roger) what to say his name is. Just PETTY! & UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Never in my life had i experience such bad customer service at a actual restaurant. I had to call the Denton location just to get his name from the other manager Juan, who was very nice and will be replacing my food & acted like a real manager should. This location is rude and very unprofessional. DO BETTER REGELIO!! And keep in mind alot of people know Spanish!! Dont let the accent fool you!
