2 /5 Rochelle Webber: I’ve visited the Yard several times, both during the week and on the weekends. I’m disappointed that there’s a noticeable difference in the kind of service provided on the weekends, as this isn’t my first negative experience on a weekend - it seems to be the same staff member.
Typically, I enjoy my food. They generally do have good food. I was really craving a hamburger with a GF bun. It’s the one place I’ve been that has good meat and their GF buns taste almost like normal wheat. I called in the order, a 20 min wait - no issue.
I arrive and wait, once I’m helped a young man tells me they *were just about to call* me to let me know they were out of GF buns. Long story short I was less than pleased with my convo. I wasn’t rude or impatient. And I ended up getting a hotdog with a GF bun. And much to my disappointment it was burnt. I also could barely chew the bun, idk if they cooked it too long or was stale but it was rock hard.
To whoever owns or operates the Yard, you should review a young man who works on the weekend interacts with your customers. The interactions I’ve had he’s always seemed irritated to be there.
