The Shredded Cow - College Station (TX)

5 /5 LJ: I had their Smokehouse burger, and it is one of the best barbecue burgers I have had. Too often, barbecue burgers taste smothered, with the flavor of the burger being drowned in the sweetness of the barbecue sauce. On this burger, however, the barbecue flavor complemented the burger without being oppressively sweet and smoky, with sautéed onions added for an extra layer of delicious. The burger was very juicy and well cooked, and the tots that I had on the side had a nice savory seasoning that worked well with the burger. The truck is in a very convenient location as well, right next to Carport on University. The staff were very courteous and friendly, and are Aggies themselves. If you are in the mood for a good burger, barbecue or not, I strongly recommend that you give them a try.

5 /5 Abby Timmerman: Some of the best burgers in the area!! The combo meal is well priced, service was incredible and very quick for a made-to-order meal. The staff were even kind enough to bring out coupons for those of us waiting for our meals. Definitely will be back!

5 /5 Claire Weeks: What a fun atmosphere and a burst of flavor! The burger I enjoyed was perfectly cooked, and the bacon was unreal!! Much better than any other food truck I found in Northgate (and a nice break from tacos). I will be coming back to this Aggie owned business for a fresh food truck dining experience.
