5 /5 Sarah Ledbetter: Stopped in for a snack while walking on the square. Perfect ambience and the service was so personal and warm. Exactly the southern hospitality I’d expect from Fredericksburg. We had an Espresso Martini and a New York Sour. The espresso martini rivals those of some of the nicest restaurants in Dallas, HIGHLY recommend!!! The meatball sub and burrata flatbread were lighter than you’d expect which was exactly what we were looking for. Cannot recommend this place more for a quick little lunch. Dylan (or Dillan?) was absolutely spectacular so I’d love to give him a mention as he made our whole experience wonderful and gave great recommendations. Also this portrait of the bull is the best part of the bistro and should be featured more in these reviews.
