5 /5 Chris Vaughn: We wanted down home country cooking and this place did not disappoint. Its so good we went back the next night. All food entrees were excellent, reasonably priced, and the service was great. The food had large portions, contained a diverse selection, and homemade sauces. We especially loved the ribeye beef tips over rice daily special. On Friday night they had karaoke. It has a Texas decor and country feel, with large wooden tables and chairs. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Angie Davis: This hidden gem was amazing! I have a service dog not in uniform because my Hubbs was with me. Happy to see they are pet friendly. The person who sat us was our waiter and instantly took our drink order. Back with the drinks, we ordered. we got 2 Crispy Chicken Salads.... Amazing, and we had leftovers ! Pies were amazing! Pecan pie and Italian Cream cake! Omgoodness! More than a 5 star experience!

5 /5 Phillip Buckley: Traditional American restaurant with a Texas feel. Everything we’ve had here was excellent. I highly recommend the burgers on jalapeño bun. We happily make the drive a few times a month from Victoria. Support local!

5 /5 Matthew Reed / DRUMS: Stopped on a whim while passing through and I am glad we did. Pros: Great food, service and atmosphere. Cons: A little pricey at about $20 per person for a burger/fries/drink. Overall i recommend this place and would visit again.
