Taco Cabana - Seguin (TX)

2 /5 Friendly FYI: The white lady cashier was sweet and helpful but I asked for a taco bowl just the bowl and between 3 people there they couldn’t figure out how to charge me. The guy with glasses said I had to buy the whole bowl which is nuts because I’ve ordered this to dip in queso at other TC’s without issue. Then I get back to the table with queso blanco that’s watery and too spicy and the chips were stale. I had to ask them to exchange them told them to taste em but they didn’t. Mind you it was 12:15/12;39, so they been handing out stale chips all day. Ridiculous. The next batch was fresh but next time I’m getting regular queso the queso blanco wasn’t as special as the ad gave off. I usually love the blanco but not at this location. The mango pie was the tastiest thing tho.

1 /5 Wesley Standlee: The dining room was FILTHY. Bathroom was FILTHY. They cant tell the difference between steak and chicken in a quesadilla. Clean your restaurant! Food quality wasnt half want most TC restaurants serve up. This location has gone down hill fast! Stay away.

1 /5 COOPER HYDE: I bought a seven layer burrito combo along with some taco flats or flats three orders of flautas my burrito the rice is not cooked. I don’t know what’s going on in here not cool.

1 /5 Amy Brakel: I ordered ground beef nachos. What I received was disgusting. The chips were covered in beans with very very little meat and cheese. Very disappointed with the quality of food. I will not be going back

1 /5 Lashonda Negron: Giving 1 star because it has to be at least one to post but I’d leave none if I could.September 28,2025 @ 9:56pm in Seguin Texas.We had been driving for 6 hours( with kids) and stopped for dinner . We went through the drive thru due to the lobby being closed. No cars were in line. We ordered several meals and took a few extra seconds to answer which drink we wanted to complete our order. The cashier yelled ”drink” very loud and rudely when we were finishing up our last order. I moved to the window and tried to wave down the cashier that clearly saw me and she didn’t respond. I then honked the horn for her to come to the window. Another woman that wasn’t even near the window or in plain sight came to speak with me. I stated that I didn’t appreciate being yelled at about a drink. She stated that maybe the other cashier wanted to make sure I heard the question. As an employee/ manager there should’ve been an apology to the customer when they were clearly upset. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and let them know we would not be completing our order.
