Chick-fil-A - Seguin (TX)

1 /5 Carmen Guevara: Took forever to get our food through the drive thru and when I got home I realized my chicken soup had some sort of plastic in it at first I thought maybe it’s cabbage… but NOPE…. its plastic for sure. Never stopping here again.

5 /5 Dale Fischbach: Initially they got my order a little off but they were super helpful to fix it and in a very expedient manner. They missed 2 sandwiches out of 10 but replaced them as soon as I called back. Great customer service and VERY professional and polite!! Well done. I will be back!

1 /5 Monet Young: What a disappointment! I was sooo looking forward to having Chick-fil-A in Seguin. I’ve now been 4 times and have had issues every time! We have ordered large orders to my work and they get the order wrong EVERY TIME! Wrong items and missing items every time. They never fill up the fries and they are always burnt. And how are they gonna give us ONE RANCH and ONE Chick-fil-A sauce for an order with 10 different orders, each meal asking for the same sauce?! I also ordered through the mobile app and pulled up to the window and had to wait for TWENTY MINUTES with a screaming baby in the backseat. Totally unacceptable. I have never had this issue with any other Chick-fil-A and unfortunately would prefer to drive to NB than deal with this one.

1 /5 gurly prncess: Been to this location a few times already. Grand opening the breakfast food was fresh, but since then the service and food has gone downhill. My family and I went today and the fries were really salty and not fresh. The sandwiches were barely warm. The only good thing was the beverages. The tomatoes on the grilled chicken sandwich weren’t fresh either. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the location in New Braunfels. I understand this location is new and it’s busy, I would rather sit and wait for fresh food vs. waiting for barely warm and not fresh food.

1 /5 Michael Aron Ulmer: Wish I had taken a photo but I do have some blame cuz I clicked on the wrong sandwich. Order got to my house my sandwich had no chicken patty, where blame is mine I thought I ordered a spicy deluxe with extra pepper jack bacon and jalapeño. What I got was a bun with pepper jack bacon and a pickle. Stopped what I was doing and went up there staff wasnt rud but asked me if I wanted them to make it a deluxe I agreed then they wanted to charge the difference I told them forget it then. Worst part any other establishment would make u a hole new entrée, they took what I brought stuffed a chicken patty in it a sent me out the door. And wouldnt even be here if it wasnt for my wife telling me they can never get her order right either. Fair warning if u want chicken in seguin go to chicken express
