1 /5 Vanessa Barbosa: Don’t get me wrong—my family and I love this place. However, lately the employees that have been hired have been the worst we’ve experienced. Every year we come here and get a Rosca . This year, we decided to order food and were told to wait in the waiting area. Keep in mind, we were the only vehicle there at the time.
Our order was placed at 8:01 PM. At 8:30 PM, we called to ask for an update and were told our food was coming up and that they were just bagging it. Shortly after, two other cars arrived in the waiting area and their food was brought out to them immediately.
I then asked when my food would be coming out, and the employee gave me a very bad attitude. She told me she would go check because she didn’t take my order. By 8:45 PM, I decided to get out of the car and ask for my food myself. It was sitting on the counter.
The employee told me she forgot to bring it out, and that the waiter who took the other orders outside did not bring mine because my order was never placed with het When I got home, the food was extremely cold i did pay 49 bucks for cold food and bad service
