5 /5 Apalonia Williams: I dont even drink daiquiris and these i can drink all day. They dont taste like medicine or straight alcohol like some others ive tasted. The food is better than a lit of food ive tatsed in the city being from Houston. If you see a bad review on this place apparently theyre hating or have a problem with african american businesses.

4 /5 Amanda Dyess: We bought the crab plates. I was kind of mixed on my experience with it. My other half loved it! I just wish I had known it was going to be as spicy as it was. My mouth was on fire after the first bite, and not being one who eats spicy stuff, it was not pleasant. The side of my mouth has been cracking and bleeding since I ate it for 4 days now. BUT.......we actually took my food and washed it off in the sink, and after that it was great!! The boudin was fabulous and the corn was awesome!! There was no egg like in the picture on either plate though. We got the strawberry daqueries and they were ok. Neither of us could taste strawberry at all. So, while the first experience wasnt all great, i definitely want to give it another try with the quesadilla plates!
