Slim Chickens - Levelland (TX)

2 /5 Matthew Stevens: Today went to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru which I ordered 5 minutes before leaving the house. Got to the restaurant to be asked to pull to the window, Waited 10 minutes before anyone even opened the window to give up an update or tell us what we are waiting on or anything just waiting 10 minutes for anything. We get the order and there is no sauces in anything, Not inside of the meals or in a side container there is none I tell the woman at the window and she tells us she would have to charge for sauce before I tell her we got none of them and she asks for the receipt before she will give us any of them. This is the 4th time ordering from this location that all sauces are missing from a mobile order. Got home to find on one of the meals they completely forgot to even put the fries in my meal.

5 /5 Brooke Estrada: I had a great experience with Slim Chickens Levelland. Kat is always so kind and helpful. Anytime we order a large amount of food with my family or with work she is always double checking to make sure everything is correct.

2 /5 John Burk: My team is working out in Levelland and so I ordered a lunch from here for all of us. We had both trucks in use so we really couldnt run down the street to get food. I ordered three meals and three drinks. 30% of the meal cost was delivery fees. When the delivery got here, we only had two out of the three drinks, and zero ranches. The meals were supposed to come with ranch and we ordered extra as well. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me that there is nothing that they can do about the missing items. Can you send another driver, since I paid for delivery? NO, but you can come pick them up! What about a partial refund for the missing items? Not on online orders, but you can come pick them up. This is more of a systems and process issue that slims corporate should be aware of - if you offer delivery, you should have a process in place to address order issues. Anyway, I dont recommend this place. The food was ok, late and cold but thats expected with delivery.
